For example, some elements of smart logistics include the use of information technology to streamline processes and information, the use of advanced software applications, networking and wireless technologies (IoT), and the implementation of more efficient manufacturing processes. In addition, the smart logistics industry will require organizations and companies to be knowledgeable in a variety of technologies. Some of these technologies include transportation systems, information management, digital mapping, supply chain networks, software applications and supply chain application development.
